ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2694 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SPRINGFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the <br />NW 1/4 SW <br />1/4 of Section <br />10, <br />Town <br />of Springfield, described as follows: <br />Commencing at <br />the West <br />quarter corner of <br />said <br />Section 10; thence S O1° 53' 25" <br />W <br />989.15 feet; <br />thence S <br />89° 58' 56" E, <br />733 <br />feet; <br />thence North 165 feet, more or <br />less, <br />to the North <br />line of a <br />Town Road and <br />the <br />point <br />of beginning; thence North 200 <br />feet, <br />thence East <br />100 feet; <br />thence South 200 <br />feet; thence <br />West 100 feet to the point <br />of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL I1 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
