ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2711 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the NW 1/4NE 1/4 of Section 17-, Town of Westport; described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 17; thence N 89° 41' 58" W along the <br />North line of said M 1/4, 1328.25 feet to the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 of the <br />NE 1/4 of said Section 17; thence S 00° 12` 30" W along the East line of said NW 1/4 <br />of the NE 1/4, 727.01 feet to the point of beginning;- thence continuing S 00° 12' 30" <br />W along said line 115.0 feet; thence N 89° 41' 58" W, 208.71 feet; thence N 00° 12' <br />30" E, 115.0 feet; thence S 89° 41' 58" E, 208.71 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 15 <br />1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
