ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2712 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MONTROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Montrose, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the West quarter corner -of said Section 2; thence South along the Section <br />line 600 feet; thence East 360 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 200 feet; <br />thence South 100 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence North 100 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 15 1881 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
