ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. , 2713 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 R „ral Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section .19, Town of Rutland, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 19; thence North along thr East line of <br />said Section 19, 1320 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4; <br />thence West along the North line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 203.7 feet more or less, to its <br />intersection with the centerline of USH #14 and the Northeast corner of a parcel described <br />in Volume 435, Page 13 under Document #672999 of the Dane County Registry; thence South- <br />easterly, along the centerline of USH #14 and the East line of the aforesaid parcel, 341 <br />feet more or less to the Southeast corner of said parcel and the point of beginning; <br />thence West along the South line of the aforesaid parcel, 402 feet; thence Southeasterly, <br />parallel to the centerline of USH #14, 465 feet; thence East, parallel to the South line <br />of the aforesaid parcel. 402 feet to the centerline of U.S.H. #14; thence Northwesterly <br />along the centerline of U.S.H. #14 to the point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the SU 1/4 <br />NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Rutland, described as follows: Commencinq at the Northwest <br />corner of said Section 29; thence South, along the West line of said SCCtion 29, 1435 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles to said West line, 304 f(,e.t; <br />thence South parallel to said West line, 497 feet; thence West, at right angles to said <br />West line, 304 feet to a point on said West line; thence North along said West line, <br />497 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be pre- <br />pared for approval and recorded.
