ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. , 2713 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of RUTLAND The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the Rx -1 R „ral Homes District the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section .19, Town of Rutland, described as follows: Com- mencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 19; thence North along thr East line of said Section 19, 1320 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West along the North line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 203.7 feet more or less, to its intersection with the centerline of USH #14 and the Northeast corner of a parcel described in Volume 435, Page 13 under Document #672999 of the Dane County Registry; thence South- easterly, along the centerline of USH #14 and the East line of the aforesaid parcel, 341 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of said parcel and the point of beginning; thence West along the South line of the aforesaid parcel, 402 feet; thence Southeasterly, parallel to the centerline of USH #14, 465 feet; thence East, parallel to the South line of the aforesaid parcel. 402 feet to the centerline of U.S.H. #14; thence Northwesterly along the centerline of U.S.H. #14 to the point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the SU 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Rutland, described as follows: Commencinq at the Northwest corner of said Section 29; thence South, along the West line of said SCCtion 29, 1435 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles to said West line, 304 f(,e.t; thence South parallel to said West line, 497 feet; thence West, at right angles to said West line, 304 feet to a point on said West line; thence North along said West line, 497 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be pre- pared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within Fo days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that de- scribes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
