<br />Thence S 85° 55' 35" W, 146.58 -feet to a point on the centerline of U.S.H. "14" and
<br />the point of beginning of this description:
<br />Thence S 08° 44' 25" E, along'said centerline, 402.19 feet;
<br />Thence S 85° 55' 35" W, 326.00 feet;
<br />Thence N 08° 44' 25" W, 402.19 feet;
<br />Thence N 85° 55' 35" E, 326.00 feet to a point on the centerline of U.S.H. "14" and
<br />the point of beginning of this description.
<br />Said described parcel contains 3.00 acres subject to a public roadway, known as
<br />U.S.H. "14", over the Easterly 33 feet thereof.
<br />I also certify that this map is a correct representation of all
<br />exterior boundaries
<br />of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made, and that I
