ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2727 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MAZOMANIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie <br />amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes <br />the following described land: <br />ISM <br />District <br />Part of the NE 1/4 M 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Mazomanie, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 M 1/4; thence West along the <br />South line of said M 1/4 NE 1/4, 660 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the <br />East line of said M 1/4 NE 1/4 that is 660 Feet north of the Southeast corner <br />and the point of beginning; thence South along said East line 660 feet to the <br />point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Mazomanie, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said W 1/2 NW 1/4 , <br />that is also the Northwest corner of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #3384 as re- <br />corded in volume 13 a t page 185 of Certified Surveys; thence N 89° 52' 04" E, <br />656.63 feet; thence S 00° 21' 07" W, 609.47 feet; thence N 89° 52' 04" E, 263.33 <br />feet, thence North 200 feet; thence East 393 feet more or less to the East line of <br />said W 1/2 NW 1/4; thence North along said East line to the Southeast corner of <br />a parcel of land described in volume 2498 at page 53 of Records, said corner is <br />564 feet more or less South of the Northeast corner of said W 1/2 NW 1/4; thence <br />West along the South line of said parcel to the West line of said W 1/2 NW 1/4; <br />thence South along said West line 1046 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE_ OCT 15 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
