ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2728 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />MEDINA & SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina & Sun prairie be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Medina and a part of the SE 1/4 of <br />Section 13, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: Commencing at the South- <br />east corner of said Section 13, Town of Sun Prairie; thence N 00° 08' E, <br />612.79 feet to the point of intersection of a curve to the right -radius being <br />260.0 feet and intersection angle of 43° 28'; thence N 43° 36' E, 103.64 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence N 59° 17' W, 313.55 feet; thence N 01' 22' E, <br />269.2 feet; thence S 59° 17' E, 499.15 feet to the centerline of CIH "TT"; <br />thence S 43° 36' W, 240.7 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 15 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
