ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2834 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DUNKIRK The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk amended to include in the Rx -3 Rural Homes the following described land: be District Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Dunkirk, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of Certified Survey Map No. 4432, Volume 2, Page 218, on the centerline of Taylor Road, thence N 89' 08' 30" E, 410.00 feet along said certified survey; thence N 000 51' 30"'W, 15 feet, more or less, along said certified survey to the bank of the Yahara River; thence Easterly and Southerly along said bank 730 feet, more or less, to the North line of lands de- scribed in Volume 551 of Records, Page 89; thence N 53° 39' w, 70 feet; thence S 45° 56' W, 176.82 feet; thence S 52.° 27' E, 170 feet to the West bank of the Yahara River; thence Southerly along the West bank of said Yahara River 660 feet, more or less to the South line of said Northeast quarter; thence West along said South line 770 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Taylor Lane; thence Northerly along the centerline of Taylor Lane 1,098 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning of this description.
