ZONING ORDINANCE MUOVBVT N0. 2835 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />FITCBBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Fitchburg, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 23 that is <br />1522.8 feet South of the Northeast cornerofsaid NW 1/4; thence West at right <br />angles to said section line 225.0 feet; thence South at right angles 100.0 feet; <br />thence East at right angles 225.0 feet to said section line; thence North along <br />said section line 100.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment will become effective, if within sixty (60) days following adop- <br />tion.by the Dane County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land <br />shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well <br />as the owners of the land: <br />The permitted uses on the premises shall be the maintenance of a single family <br />residence and the parking/storage of two (2) commercial trucks. <br />Document #1744127 <br />EFFECTTVE= June 298 1982 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
