ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2851 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BERRY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be <br />amended to include in the A -B agriculture -Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part OE Lot =3, Certified Survey Nap =3212, Volume 12, Pages 297 5 298, located in <br />the S5T 1/4 Sid 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Berry, described as follows: Beginning <br />at the 'Northeast corner of said Lot #3; thence S 33° 27' 36" E, 228.68 feet; thence <br />S 3-70 19, 06" W, 293.00 feet, more or less; thence N 220 06' 56" W, 147.12 feet; <br />thence N 17° 10' 30" W, 225.79 feet; thence N 721 46' 23" E, 192.43 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE:: JUN 12 1982 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
