ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. ""2 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MAZOMAN IE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Mazomanie, T8N, R6E, described as follows: <br />The North 175 feet of the East 175 feet of Outlot #4 of the Prairie Addition. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment w i 11 become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #3941 as recorded in Volume 16 at Pages 194, 195 <br />and 196 of Certified Surveys. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 2 2 M2 <br />545-11 (21 78) <br />
