ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3ci3t <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the H11-2 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Montrose, described as follows: Corry <br />mencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 89" 57' 55" W <br />1973 -feet more or less; thence N 00° 01' 10" E 350 feet more or less to the point <br />of beginning; thence continue N 00° 01' 10" E 890 feet more or less to the South <br />line of STH "69" and "92"; thence S 88° 58' 07" E 786.39 feet along said South <br />line; thence along a curve to the left:' which has a radius of 22930.00 feet and a <br />long chord bearing of S 89° 17' 02" E 253.01 feet; thence South 890 feet more or <br />less; thence West 1040 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />'Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />D.E.D. - CSM by November 2, 1983 - (-SM 4216 Vol. 18, Page 29, Document #1807125 <br />Recorded October 28, 1983. <br />
