ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3032 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the Rx -3 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />part of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Rutland described as .fc�lows: <br />Commancin at the NE corner of said Section 7; thence South 790 feet to center- <br />line of Old State Trunk Highway 138 extended Northeasterly; thence S 53" W along <br />said extension and centerline 1350 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 32° <br />45' W, 430 feet; thence N 580 45' E, 185 feet; thence N 07° 45' W, 410 feet; thence <br />S 560 30' W, 280 feet; thence S 33° 30' W, 1025 feet; thence S 46° 10' E, 435 ,feet <br />to the centerline of said highway; thence N 53° E along said centerline 745' to <br />the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
