ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3033 ,_ <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />x,(,11 NA <br />H <br />The Dane County hoard of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be <br />amended to include in the Rx -2 Rural Homes D i s t r i c t <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 Sl 1/4 of Section. 4, the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8 & nil 1/2 <br />MI 1/4 of Section 9, Tocm of :-edina, more fully described as follows: Beginning <br />at the Northwest corr,ar of Section 9; thence So -at 1338.14 feet along the West <br />line of Section 9, thence N G21 58' 20" E, 422.57 feet, thence D! 26° 33' 50" <br />510.10 feet, thence S 5-° 23' 50" W, 269.00 feet along a meanderline of the <br />Maunesha River, thence :1 400 36' 10" W, 573.14 feet along said meanderline, thence <br />North 331.66 feet along said meanderline to the Northwest corner of Section 9, <br />thence N 06' 18' E, 227.10 feet, thence along the South right-of-way lire of the <br />C.M.ST.P & P. Railroad on a curve to the right, the radius is 7633.52 fee:., the <br />long chord i s S 89° 28' E, 80.30 feet, thence S 34' 33' r1, 168.05 feet along a <br />meanderline of the 1aunesha River, thencc: S 06' 18' TJ, 87.10 feet along a meander - <br />line of said river to the poict of beginning. Also lands between tho above: men- <br />tioned meander lines and the water's edge. 4 <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be -prepared for approval and recorded.
