ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3034 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts I n the Town of <br />DEERFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be <br />amended to include in the R-Wesidence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 10 and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 15, Town <br />of Deerfield more Fully described as follows: Co:rnencing at the Northwest corner <br />of Section 15; thence S 87° 44' E, 102.50 feet- thence S 40° 16' E, 166.73 feet <br />along the centerline of Pavlak Road to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br />S 40° 16' E, 204.89 feet along said centerline, thence continue along said center- <br />line on a cruve to the left, the radius is 187.47 feet, the long chord is S 54° <br />17' E, 90.81 feet; thence N 2111 42' E, 33.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1, <br />Certified Survey Map No. 3325, thence N 28° 36' E, 354.54 feet to the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot#l, thence N 59° 24' W, 152.85 feet; thence S 50° 38' 32" W, <br />331.76 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 181983 <br />
