ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3035 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Pleasant Springs, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 13; thence N 00° <br />35' 00" E along the West line of said Section 13, 1,760.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence continuing N 00° 35' 00" E along the Westerly line of said Sec- <br />tion 13, 400.00 feet; thence S 89° 25' 00" E, 165.00 feet; thence S 00" 35' 00" W, <br />400.00 feet; thence N 89° 25' 00" W, 165.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
