ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3037 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun prairie be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 NW I/4 -or Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br />Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of Section 10; thence N 02° 54' E, 346.75 feet <br />along the West line NW 1/4 to the pointof beginning; thence continue N 02° 54' E, <br />294.0 feet along said West line NW 1/4; thence S 87" 06' E, 273.00 feet; thence <br />S 02° 54' W 294.00 feet; thence N 87" 06' W, 273.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />-This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
