70NING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0, 3049 <br />Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows - <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include i n the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 W 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br />follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northeast line of Maple Avenue <br />and the extended lot line between lots 5 & 6, Block #3, Monson's Park- thence <br />N 43° 37' W, 166.6 feet- thence N 10° 23' E 370.5 feet- thence S 79° 37' E, 294 <br />feet- thence S 15° 21' W, 345.9 feet-, thence Southwesterly 171.5 feet-, thence <br />N 38° 53' W, 31.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the Dane <br />County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br />following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of <br />the land: <br />Livestock shall be restricted to sheep or goats with a maximum number of five <br />adult animals. <br />.l��'s 5 •sr�cr,�� WA -4 PJ07-- l oo�brtJ <br />hl20M[OULTAiii <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
