ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3050 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ALBION <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence & RH-2 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NNW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Albion described as follows: <br />TO R-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner; thence :~Test 1332 more or less <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West 173 more or less feet; <br />thence Southerly 23:0 more or less feet, thence Easterly 173 more or less; thence <br />Northerly 230 more or less feet to the point of beginning. TO R:-2 : Comarnencing <br />at the North quarter corner; thence Westerly 1505 more or less feet to the point <br />of beginninq; thence Southerly 230 more or less feet; thence Fasterly 173 more <br />or less feet: thence Southerly 967.3 feet; thence Westerly 2.53.2 more or less feet; <br />thence Northerly 1186.6more or less feet; thence Easterly 65 more or less feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey :nap will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
