ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3054 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be <br />amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 INE 1/4 of Section 19, Tom of Cross Plains, described as <br />follows: Beginning.at the East quarter corner of said Section 19; thence West <br />1175.00 feet; thence worth G40.00 reet; ther:ce h 820 26' 31" L, 764.13 feet; <br />thence S 61° 43' 10" E,.474-10 feet; thence South 515.88 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />This de.scr4 tion is intended to describe land for which 2 certified survey map <br />will be pre ,erred for approval and recordad.
