ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3057 <br />Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows <br />That the Zonina District Mans of the Town of cross Plains be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Cross Plains, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 26, thence S 000 30, 03" W, along <br />the East line of Lot n2. CSM =`3393 and the Northerly extension of said line 1327.64 <br />feet to the Southeast line of said Lot E2, thence N 891 08' 56" w, 1332.58 feet along <br />the South line of said Lot u2 to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br />continue N 89° 08' 56" W, 233.61 feet; thence N 00" 46' 32" E 430 feet; thence S 891 <br />08' 56" E, 230.48 feet, thence S 00° 20' 53" W, 430.31 feet to the point of beginning <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
