XT\M OREMIU AMENDMENT N0. 3058 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the TOAn of <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Tarn of Roxb 3ry be <br />amendedtoincludeinthe RH-1 Rural Homes & R-1A Residential District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the I\E 1/4 N1r1 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br />TO RY-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 3; thence N 87" 30' <br />E, along the North line of said Section 3, 1457.84 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning; thence continue N 87° 30' E, along said North line, 285 feet; thence S 010 <br />11' E, 840 feet more or less to a point on a meander line which is 20 feet,' more <br />or less, from the water's edge of Fish Lake; thence S 68° 22' 09" W, along said <br />meander line, 310 feet, more or less, to a point which is 5 feet, more or less, <br />from the water's edge of Fish Lake; thence N �01° 11' W, 940 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning. ALSO: including all that land lying between said <br />meander line and the water's edge of Fish Lake. TO R-lA: Commencing at the North- <br />west corner of said Section 3; thence N 87° 30' E. along the North line of said <br />Section 3, 1642.84 feet and the point of beginning; thence continue N 87° 30' E, <br />415 feet; thence S 01° 11' E, 740 feet, more or less, to a point on a meander line <br />which is 10 feet, more or less from the water's edge of Fish Lake; thence S 68" <br />.22' 09" W, along said meander line, 443 feet, more or less, to a point which is 20 <br />feet, more or less from the water's edge of Fish Lake; thence N 010 11' W, 875 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. ALSO: including all that land <br />lying between said meander line and the water's edge of Fish Lake. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />--- survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />JUN 111986 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
