ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3062 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be <br />amended to include in the R-1 RPcid,-nti.a] C, A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br />TO A-2: Beginning 1558.52 feet East of the West quarter corner of said Sec- <br />tion 31; thence North at right angles 1070, feet more or less, thence East 500 <br />feet more or less to Ryan Road; thence South along the centerline of Ryan Road <br />1100 feet more or less, thence West 644 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-1: <br />Beginning'1976.3 feet East and 220 feet North of West quarter corner thence North <br />190 feet more or less, thence West 208 feet more or less, thence South 190 feet <br />more or less, thence East 208 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
