ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3064 Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of WESTPORT The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the C-2 commercial District the following described land: Y,x: of the 14 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Westport described as follows: Coa,inencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 22; thence N 89° 03' 14" E, 872.67 feet; thence N 00° 56' 46" W, 397.54 feet; thence S 89° 03' 14" W, 73.32 feet; thence N 01' 01' 56" E, 928.65 feet to the South line of the MI 1/4 of the NP7 1/4 of said Section 22 and the South right-of-way line of Kennedy Road; thence N 88° 53' 09" E, along said South right-of-way line, 344.46 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 01° 01' 27" E to and along the centerline of Kennedy Road 801.77 feet to a bend in Kennedy Road; thence N 88° 53' 09" E, along the centerline of Kennedy Road to the Southwestern line of the Chicago and North- western Railroad, 677.21 feet; thence S 38° 54' 35" E, along sai_c3 railroad right- of-way line, 702.51 feet; thence S 01° 00' 58" W, 246.25 feet to the South line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 22; thence S 88° 53' 09" W, along said South line and its extension, 1328.51 feet to the point of beginning. This anendnent will be effective, if -within 60 days of its adoption by the County Board of Suporvisors, tho owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: Uses shall be restricted to the following: A11 permitted uses in the C-1 District; sales and outside storage of lumber and building materials; bottling plants; warehouses.
