ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3064 <br />Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Y,x: of the 14 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Westport described as follows: <br />Coa,inencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 22; thence N 89° 03' 14" <br />E, 872.67 feet; thence N 00° 56' 46" W, 397.54 feet; thence S 89° 03' 14" W, <br />73.32 feet; thence N 01' 01' 56" E, 928.65 feet to the South line of the MI 1/4 <br />of the NP7 1/4 of said Section 22 and the South right-of-way line of Kennedy Road; <br />thence N 88° 53' 09" E, along said South right-of-way line, 344.46 feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence N 01° 01' 27" E to and along the centerline of <br />Kennedy Road 801.77 feet to a bend in Kennedy Road; thence N 88° 53' 09" E, along <br />the centerline of Kennedy Road to the Southwestern line of the Chicago and North- <br />western Railroad, 677.21 feet; thence S 38° 54' 35" E, along sai_c3 railroad right- <br />of-way line, 702.51 feet; thence S 01° 00' 58" W, 246.25 feet to the South line <br />of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 22; thence S 88° 53' 09" W, along said <br />South line and its extension, 1328.51 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This anendnent will be effective, if -within 60 days of its adoption by the County <br />Board of Suporvisors, tho owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br />restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br />Uses shall be restricted to the following: A11 permitted uses in the C-1 District; <br />sales and outside storage of lumber and building materials; bottling plants; <br />warehouses. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 2 2 1983 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
