ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3067 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains <br />amended to include in the RH 2 Rural Homes <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Cross Plains, described as follows: <br />The South 291 feet of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 23, lying West of Birch <br />Trail. ALSO: The East 310 feet of the South 231 feet of the SV 1/4 of the SE 1/4 <br />of said Section 23. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
