ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3068 <br />Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />BERRY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be <br />amended to include in the Rx -2 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NL 1/4 Nig 1/4 and NW 1/4 ISE 1/4 of Section 25, To`,m of Berry described <br />as follows: Con,-nencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 25; thence <br />South 150 fest to the point of beginning. Thence East 200 feet; thence South 600 <br />feet; thence S 67° 54' S9" W, 650 feet more or less to the centerline of West Hill <br />Point Road; thence Northwesterly along centerline 500 feet more or less; thence <br />N 030 04' 13" E, 320.87 feet; thence N 21° 26' 32" E, 252.78 feet; thence N 01° <br />44' 13" W, 100 feet more or less; thence East 700 feet more or less to the point <br />of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, <br />if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- <br />fied survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office <br />of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />D.E.D.
