ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.y <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MAZOMANIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 S:9 1/4 of Section 28 Town of Mazo*nanie T9N R6E described as foilows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 28; thence N 88° 56' 36" E along <br />the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 28, 1335.82 feet; thence. South, 3027.68 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 49' 38" E, 157.72 feet; thence S 001 02' <br />10" E, 165.36 feet thence N 89° 55' 11" E, 141.64 feet thence S 00° 04' 24" E,*203.82 <br />feet; thence West 266.65 feet; thence North 368.52 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
