GROW the Dane County hoard of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture & RH-3 Rural Homes the following described land: be District A part of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Blooming Grove, more fully described as follows: TO: HH- 3: Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 12; thence N 88° 26' 03" E 1277.50 feet along the North line of Section 12, thence S 001 30' E 850 feet to the point of beginning; thence conti- nue S 00° 30' E 1240.80 feet; thence along the Northwesterly right-of-way line of CTH "BB" on --a curve to the right, the radius is 5655 feet, the long chord is Southwesterly 750 feet, thence N 16" 00' E 450 feet; thence N 00° 30' W 1050 feet; thence East 550 feet to the point of beginning.
