ZONNG ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. _15v 7 % Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Tom of SUN PRAIRIE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-lA Residential district the following described land: Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 32 Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 32; thence N 85° 32' E, 2674.24 feet along the East-West quarterline to the center of Section 32; thence S 010 05' 26" E, 227.62 feet along the West ling of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue S 01° 05' 26" E, 212.51 feet along said West line, thence N 88* 54' 34" F., 337.41 feet; thence N 85° 50' 59" E, 450.60 feet; thence N 850 32' E, 455.12 feet; thence N 001 58' 35" W, 466.12 feet parallel to and 33.00 feet West of the East line of the N'W 1/4 SE 1/4, thence S 85° 32' W, 745.13 feet, along the North line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 466.00 feet, the long chord is S 71° 40' W, 223.37 feet; the arc length is 225.56 feet, thence S 57Q 48' W, 322.00 feet, thence along a curve to the right, the radius 234.00 feet, the long chord is S 67° 02' 40" W, 75.18 feet, the arc length is 75.51 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey ma; will be prepared for approval and recorded.
