ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3078 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DEERFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be <br />amended to include in the R -1A. RH-1, aur�RU-A District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the Sw 1/4 SM 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br />TO R-lA: Commencing at theSouthquarter corner of Section 20, thence West 1626.34 <br />feet; thence N 030 58' E, 400 feet; thence N 860 02' W, 49.5 feet to point of be- <br />ginning; thence N 03° 58' E, 250 feet along the Nest line of Nelson Lane, thence N 66° <br />02' W, 420 feet. thence S 031 58' W, 250 feet, thence S 86° 02' E, 420 feet to point <br />of beginning.
