ZONING ORDINANCE AMFNDMFNT N0, 3079 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />w1.U)SO z <br />The Dane County Bo,rd of Supervisors docs ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 11; thence West 1320 more or less <br />feet along the North line of Section 11, thence Southerly 1350 feet along the <br />West line of the E 1/2 ISE 1/4 to the point of beginning: thence continue Southerly <br />400 feet along said West line-, thence West 400 feet-, thence North 400 feet thence <br />East 400 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />w i 11 be prepared for approval and recorded.
