ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3080 <br />Ainending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MHky <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of $Prry be <br />amended to include in the M-2 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Berry described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 9; thence N 89° 55' 47" W along <br />the North line of said Section 9, 1323.35 feet to the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 <br />I\E 1/4 and the point of beginning. Thence S 00° 14' 56" W along the East line of <br />said NW 1/4 NE 1/4 491.18 feet, thence S 891 34' 28" W, 477.03 feet; thence N 000 14' <br />56" E, 495.31 feet to the North line of said Section 9; thence S 89° 55' 47" E, along <br />the North line of said Section 9,.477.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
