ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3081 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MINA <br />The Dane -County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina <br />amended to include in the R -LA Residence <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the SE 1/4 W 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Medina described as follows: <br />commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 S:1' 1/4 Section 5; thence N 860 <br />44' E 231.00 feet along the South line of Section 5 and the centerline of CTH TT <br />to the point of beginning; thence North 220 feet along the centeriine of a 3 rod <br />public road,.ther.ce 821 2C' E 570.0 feet, thence South 200.0 feet to the centerline <br />of CTH TT, thence S 86° 44' W, 563.00 feet along the centerline of said highway to <br />the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey nap will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Lane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is rc-corded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />EFFECTIVE: f; i`�83 <br />545-11 (2175) <br />
