ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3082 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zonin4 Districts in the Town of, <br />AL131UN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the x-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Albion described as follows: -Commencing <br />at the Southeast corner of Lot#1, Block #8, of Indian Heights; thence Southerly <br />along the West line of Mound Drive 240 feet, thence West parallel with the South <br />line of said Block #8, 340 feet; thence Northerly parallel with said West line, <br />Mound Drive, 240 feet to said South line Block #8, thence East along said South <br />line, Block #8, 340 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
