ZONING ORDINANCE AIVENDNNEW NO. 3083 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of <br />RUTIAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial D i s t r i c t <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 32 Town of Rutland, described as follows.: Co7mencing <br />at the NN 1/4 corner of said Section 32: thence N 88° 55' 01" E, along the North <br />line of Section 32, 779.84 feet; thence S 310 05' 51" E, 1535.04 feet t o a point <br />on the Southwesterly right-of-way line of USH 14 and the point of beginning; thence <br />S 31° 05' 51" E, along said right-of-way 116.80 feet; thence Southeasterly along <br />said right-of-way line and a curve to the left whose radius is 1173.00 feet and whose <br />chord is 266.10 feet and beacs S 37" 36' 37" E-' thence S 440 07' 23" E along said <br />right-of-way 511.39 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way along a curve to <br />the right whose radius is 187.87 feet and whose chord is 103.78 feet and bears S 280 <br />05' 25" E to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of STH 92, thence S 49" 23' 36" w, <br />301.43 feet along said right-of-way; thence Southwesterly along said right-of-way <br />along a curve to the right whose radius is 1382.39 feet and whose chord is 505.50 <br />feet and Sears S 59° 55' 48" W; thence North 1,216.34 feet; thence N 86° 09' 03" E, <br />38.78 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 10 1983 <br />
