ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3084 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />B1 JRKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the c -a commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 23 and SE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Burke <br />described as follows: Beginning at the East quarter comer of said Section 22, <br />thence N 89° 04' 44" E along the North line of NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 23, 474.94 <br />feet; thence S 41° 39' 08" W, 1009.82 feet; thence N 49' 13' 44" W, 848.00 feet <br />more or less; to the USH 151 right-of-way; thence N 41° 43' 30" E, 29.10 feet; thence <br />N 650 31' 11" E, 237.90 feet; thence S 240-28' 49" E, 278.00 feet; thence N 65° 31' <br />11" E, 142.89 feet; thence N 89° 04' 44" E, 141.94 feet: thence N 00° 55' 16" E, <br />261.00 feet t o the North line of Section 22; thence N 89° 04' 44" E along said North <br />line 211.25 feet to the point of beginning.
