ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3085 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be <br />amended to include in the c-1 commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Madison described as follows: Be- <br />ginning at a point on the North line of said SW 1/4 &V 1/4 793.5 feet West of the <br />Northeast corner of said SJV 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 34• thence South 440 feet; thence <br />West 115.5 feet; thence North 440 feet to the North line of said SW 1/4 5,V 1/4; <br />thence East 115.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
