ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3086 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DANE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be <br />amended to include in the Rx -3 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 Stn' 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Dane described as follows: <br />Commencing at the South qua-tsr corner of said Section 17; thence N 00* 11' 06" <br />E along the North-South quarter line of said Section. 2160.73 feet; whence S 85° <br />54' 47" W, 883.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 85° 54' 47" <br />w, 1266.09 feet to the centerline of Lathan Road; thence N 01° 06' 09" W along <br />said centerline, 466.11 feet thence N 02° 06' 08" W along said centerline, 56_95 <br />feet; thence N 85° 54' 47" E, 1239.85 feet; thence S 04° 05' 13" E, 522.40 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: ®CT 18 <br />1983 <br />
