ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3104 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />BERRY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be <br />amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Berry, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said W 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 5; thende tQ 010 <br />18' 19" W along the West line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4 24.75 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning; thence continuing N 010 18' 19" W along said West line 1353.39 feet to the <br />Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; 1320.51 feet to the Northeast corner oaf said <br />SV 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 010 10' 55" E, along the East line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />980.65 feet to the centerline of "Old Settlers Road", said point being the point of <br />s curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle of 07' 45' 09" and a radius <br />{ of 662.27 feet; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve and said centerline, <br />89.61 feet to the point of tangency thereof, said arc having a long chord bearing <br />S 380 07' 43" W, 89.54 feet; thence S 420 00' 18" W, along said centerline, 245.65 <br />feet; to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of 150 <br />14' 04" and a radius of 509.05 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve <br />and said centerline 135.35 feet to a line 24.75 feet North of the South line of said <br />SW 1/4 NW 1/4, said arc having a long chord bearing S 340 23' 16" W, 134.95 feet; <br />thence S 890 41' 04" W, 24.75 feet North and parallel to the South line of said M7 1/4 <br />NW 1/40, 1014.03 feet to the point of beginning. - -- <br />- h id cription is intended to describe lan,j for whit a certified survey lap .,ill b <br />Prepared for approval and recorded.
