ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #/tom <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that Chapter 10 of <br />the Dane County Code of Ordinances be amended as folldws: <br />Section 10.13 (2) (n) is created to read as follows: <br />(n) Agricultural uses. <br />Section 10.14 (2) (m) is created to read as follows: <br />(m) Agricultural uses. <br />Section 10.15 (2) (m) is created to read as follows: <br />(m) Agricultural uses. <br />(EXPLANATION: This amendment gives the Zoning Committee authority to grant conditional <br />uses in C-1 and C-2 Commercial Districts and M-1 Manufacturing Districts for the pur- <br />pose of maintaining agricultural uses in those districts. Presently there are several <br />areas where the zoning designation does not permit the ongoing agricultural use. The <br />amendment will also authorize the Committee, in the exercise of its discretion and <br />with such limitations as it may require, to allow keeping of grazing animals in these <br />districts). <br />EFFECTIVE.
