F �= <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to 7onina Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />lho Dd►►o County Dodwd of Supervisors dot§ ordain as follows, <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town sf Rutland be <br />amended to include in the 'RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 7; thence East along the, North <br />line of'said Section 7, 1200 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 <br />of the NW 1/4 said Section; thence South along the West line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />1205 feet more or less to the centerline of U.S.H. 14 and the point of beginning; <br />thence S 65° 30' E along said centerline 510 feet; thence N 24° 30' E, 330 feet; <br />thence N 65° 30' W 620 feet more or less to the West line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; <br />thence South along said line 360 feet more or less to the centerline of U.S.H. 14 <br />and the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
