Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />TO R-1: <br />Parte the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Roxbury described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Southwest comer of said Section 31; thence East along the South line <br />of said Section 1245 feet thence North parallel to the West line of said Section 726 <br />to the center of the highway; thence North 68° 20' East along said centerline of high- <br />way 274.8 feet; thence continuing Northeasterly along said centerline 90 feet; thence <br />North 88° 15' East along highway centerline 176.20 feet; thence North 000 33' East <br />183.5 feet; thence North 891 36' W, 55.0 feet to the point of beginning thence North <br />00° 24' E 18.0 feet; thence North 89° 36' West 40.0 feet; thence South 00° 24' W, <br />18.0 feet; thence South 891 36' East to the point of beginning.
