7.0NING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.�� <br />/itrtnnrlint� Sacl.inn 10,0'1 rnlatima to 7nnino Di%trictq in the Town of <br />neNF. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dana be <br />amcndcd to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7, Tomn of Dane described as follows: Carr <br />mencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 7; thence West 264 feet; 'thence <br />North 375 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue North, 400 feet; thence <br />West 800 feet; thence South 400 feet; thence East 800 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This .amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />D.E.D.
