ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. -31 / <br />Amending Section 10.03 reld1ing to Zoning District% in tho `Gown of <br />RtIT_QN.n__ _ <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include i n the R1I-2 Rural domes & A-2 Agriculture D i s t r i c t <br />the following described land: <br />TO RH-2: The West 961.87 feet of the North 330 feet of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 21; also the South 66 feet of the East 350.53 feet of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of <br />Section 21.-" <br />TO A-2: <br />A part of the %V 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 16, TSN, RIDE, Town of Rutland described <br />as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of the said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 16; a '. <br />thence East along the North line of said 3V 1/4 SE 1/4,"150 more or less to the <br />point of beginning; thence continue East along said North line, 400 more or less; <br />thence South, 350 more or less; thence West, 400 more or less; thence N to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />w i 1 1 be prepared for approval and recorded. , This amendment w i 1 1 become effec- <br />tive, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Superirisors <br />a certified survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the <br />Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />D.E.D. 2/2/84 - RH-2 Only 11/14/83 <br />EFFECTIVE: November 14, 1983 <br />A-2 Not effective; certified <br />survey was not recorded. <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
