ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0_5/--� <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />S; N PP.AIRT_F; <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of sun Prairie be <br />amended to include in the A -B Agriculture -Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br />'Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 10, thence North 400.00 feet <br />along the Eatt line SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence West at a right angle 557.00 feet-, <br />thence South 430.33 feet parallel to the East 1i^.e SE _1/4 ?TE 1/4; thence N 860 <br />53' E, 557.82 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
