/lntrnding Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />VE,BONn <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended <br />to include in the A-1 Exclusive to A-2 Agriculture district <br />the following described 1 and: <br />Marl of t:ho M1 1/4 MI;: 1/4 or Section 28, Town of Verona described as follows: <br />Commencing at the worth quarter corner of Section 28, and the point of beginning; <br />thence South along the North-South quarter line of Section 28, 771.73 feet; <br />thence N 89° 08' 06" E parallel with the South line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 28, 158.40 feet; thence S 00° 01' 50" E, parallel with the North-South quarter <br />line of Section 28, 550.00 feet to the South line of the NW 1/4 M 1/4; thence <br />S Fig° 08; 06" E along South line 1155.3 feet; thence North along the East line of <br />the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 1320 feet more or less; thence West along center line of Valley <br />Road to the point of beginning. <br />0 <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 10 1984 <br />#545-11 (2/78) <br />
