ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 43277 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross plains be amended <br />to include in the A-1 Exclusive to R-lA Residential & RH-2 Rural Homes district <br />the following described land: <br />`;Pd 1/4 of Section 24, 'town of Cross Plains, described as follows: <br />'I'O R�, ilio il< rl.ht�rly 415 iwrc or les, feet. of Lot 111, CSll 2953 - volume 11, <br />1' 1(1 i`>0. l.() wA `1'he Southerly. 120 ± feet of Lot I, CSM 2953 - Volume 11, <br />Paqe 356. <br />'11"iis description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
