llmendinq Suction 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLATNS <br />Thu Dane Monty Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended <br />to include in the i,,u-1 Rural Hones district <br />the following described land: <br />wit cif ii", <br />x 1/4 siv im or Section 17, <br />Town of Croats <br />Plains described as <br />1011ows: <br />Beginning at the South quarter <br />corner of the <br />said Section 17; thence <br />Not th 290 <br />feet:, more or less; thence [northwesterly <br />530 <br />feet, more or less to <br />Garfoot Road; thence Southerly alonq the <br />centerline of <br />the said Grafoot Road 400 <br />feet, more <br />or less; thence East along the <br />section line <br />567 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will he prepared for approval and recorded.
