ZONING ORDINANCE A\41E BVT NO. 3283 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ROXBURY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended <br />to include i n the RA -1 R„ral Homeg district <br />the following described land: <br />Pert of the NW 1/4 S1: 1/4 ;md f,W 1/4 N1. 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Roxbury de— <br />r.c,rihc,d as Eollows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 10; <br />thence N 89' 59' 44" W, along the East-West quarter line of said Section 10,1670 <br />feet; thence S 23° 43' 28" W, 43 feet more or less to the centerline of Hornung <br />Road and the point of beginning. Thence S 66° 16' 32" E, along said centerline <br />50 feet' thence S 23° 43' 28" W, 350 feet; thence N 66° 16' 32" W, 485 feet; thence <br />N 230 43' 28" E, 350 feet; thence N 66° 16' 32" E, 435 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map w i 11 <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
