Z34\Vj ORDS AMENDMENT N0. 3297 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Tom of <br />MEDPVA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended <br />to include in the RH-I Rural Homes, LC -1 Limited Commercial district <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9 Town of Medina described as follows: TO RH-I: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 9; thence N 87° 40' My -494.1 feet <br />along the North line of Section 9 to the point of beginning; thence continue <br />N 870 40' W, 622.15 feet along said North line Section 9; thence S 02° 20' W, <br />300.0 feet; thence N 87° 40' W, 242.47 feet; thence S 060 37' W, 199.86 feet to <br />the Northeasterly right-of-way line C.M. ST. P. & P. Railroad;, thence S 74° 15' <br />30" E, 580.25 feet; thence N 280 46' E, 707.9 feet to the North line of Section <br />9 and point of beginning. TO LC -1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section <br />9; thence N 87' 40' W 1116.25 feet along the North line of Section 9 to the point <br />of begi..nning; thence S 020 20'.W, 300.0 feet; thence N 87° 40' W, 242.47 -feet; <br />thence N 06" 37' W, 300.84 feet to North line of Section 9; thence S 87° 40' E, <br />-20_0 feet along the North line of Section 9 to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />Must be recorded by: December 5, 1984 - CSM #4499 - DOCUMENT #1854765 - Volume <br />19, Page 235. <br />EFFECTIVE= OCT 1 1984 <br />#545-11 (2/78) <br />
